Peter E. Quintieri, M.D. is a Psychiatrist, co-founder and managing partner of CiciLoves. He received his Psychiatric residency training at UMDNJ and completed a Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center and with The United States Department of Justice.
